This is where you add a date page to a journal book. You can have multiple Journal Books.
Journal Entry Form
To make a Journal Entry, you simply double-click on an item from the list at the bottom of the form.
Note: Excuse
the political incorrectness but the entry for Coffee w/Sugar & Cigarette points out two unique features of the program. (1) NuTrak
can be used for more than just food and (2) You can combine foods to make a meal for ease of journal entry.
