Nutrition Facts Form
If "Use Nutrition Facts Label" is checked on the Food Form, this is where you add nutrition facts from the product label.
If not, Nutrition Facts are calculated from the Food Contains records and displayed.

Serving Choices Form
The USDA National Nutrient Database lists nutrition values per 100 grams.
This form is used when nutritional data is given for a particular weight and serving choices are given for different weights.
