1. NuTrak can support multiple users, each with their own private section in the database which can be protected by a password..

2. At least one user must be classified as an administrator. The administrator can add or remove other users and control the
access capabilities of each user. (ex. No permission to add, update or remove records from the Nutrient list)

3. The Master Database comes in a modular form called Nutrition Data Files (NDF). You can choose what data you wish to
import. Registered users of NuTrak will have access to new and updated Nutrition Data Files as they are compiled.

4. Comprehensive Journal Analysis for one or more days with the option of viewing an average.

Match Goal Display shows the list of nutrients, foods, activities or results in a goal and compares the desired
quantities and measures with the actual values resulting from the journal entries. Match Goal Graph shows the results
in graph form.

Match Goal Nutrients shows nutrients ONLY provided by the nutrients or foods in a goal and compares the desired
quantities and measures with the actual values resulting from the journal entries.
(ex. the Goal may contain 1 apple and 1 orange but the display will show the individual nutrients).

Time Line Display shows Journal Entries in date and time order. You can select one or more items from the list and
use Show Selected to only see those items. (ex. you may want to see Beans and Stomach Gas)

Time Line Graph shows one or two items in graph form. The graph can show up to 256 periods with each period being
one or more days or one or more hours. The curves on the graphs can be compared by sliding either graph to the left or
right.

Foods Total shows the total consumption of each food entered in the journal If the Cost/Container is accurately
maintained in the Food List, you can see a Total Cost of foods, supplements or drugs consumed.

Nutrient Total shows the total consumption of each nutrient provided by the foods entered in the Journal.
The Where From option allows you to select one or more nutrients and see a list of the food source.

Form of Nutrient Total shows the total consumption of each nutrient provided by the foods entered in the Journal. In
addition, it will show the form of a nutrient if the information is available. (ex. Calcium from Calcium Carbonate)

Activitiy Total shows the total of each Activity entered in the Journal. The display also includes Total Calories Consumed,
Total Calories Burned and Net Calories.
5. Comprehensive Food Analysis for foods or supplements with most of the features described above. And In addition:

Compare Foods shows the nutritional comparison of any two foods (or supplements).

Source of Nutrient Ranking provides a list of foods which are a source for a selected nutrient in order of highest quantity per
serving size or 100g weight. The entire Master Food List or a pre-selected "My" or "Master" Food List can be used for
consideration.

6. Journal Schedule provides a paper form showing the times and items from any given journal day with a 7 day matrix to
enter actual time and quantity. This is useful when you are away from the computer or want to create a supplement or drug
schedule.

7. Most analysis displays are printable in a Report Format.

8. The various forms on the main window are printable by using a Print Screen option.

9. Alternate Journals can be created such as a "Drug Journal", "Exercise Journal", etc.
