Installation Instructions - (1) Download NuTrakInstall102.zip, (2) Unzip into a folder or run NuTrakInstall102.exe from the unzip window.
Installation Instructions - (1) Download ndfname.zip, (2) Unzip into C:\Program Files\NuTrak\NDF or the corresponding folder where you installed the program. (3) Click on the Users tab in the program, then Nutrition Data Files then Import button. (4) Select the file from the File List in the Import Window and click Import.
